Welcome to Lakeside Bully Kennel, LLC – A Family Passion for the American Bully
At Lakeside Bully Kennel, our program is truly a family effort, founded by Tye Weaver with the support of his wife Monique and their children Talon, Gavin, Nakona, Cade, and Josie. Together, we have built a kennel based on love, care, and a lifelong passion for the American Bully breed.
Our bloodlines reach back to the foundations of Old Razors Edge, Gottiline, and Mugleston, and proudly carry the influence of ABKC Champions like Shamrock, Bada Bing, Techno, Grimm, Woopaw, Lucky Luciano, Dax, Jaws 2 Real, Beastro, Ichiban, and many more. This gives us the consistency, health, and structure we believe every dog should have.
We are proud to produce show-quality American Bullies, but just as much, we are proud when our puppies grow up in loving family homes. Nothing makes us happier than knowing our puppies are out there making families smile. We want your dog to be the kind of companion that makes people say, “Wow! What a beast!”, when they see them, and then blow them away by how gentle and well behaved they are.
Our puppies come in a wide variety of stunning colors, including blue tris, lilac tris, blues, black and whites, trindles, and more. Every dog is Embark DNA tested to ensure healthy breedings and the best possible start for each pup. Our program is rooted in the foundational bloodlines that shaped the American Bully: Razor’s Edge, valued for clean fronts and correct, showable type; Gottiline, stemming from Notorious Juan Gotty and prized for mass, bone, and headpiece; and Mugleston, long known for producing imposing, athletic XL/XXL dogs. We respect these lines for structure, temperament, and reliability—and we pair them thoughtfully to preserve the breed’s integrity.
Modern Champions, Modern Consistency
To that classic foundation, we add select modern greats. ABKC GrCh Shamrock is celebrated in the ring and as a producer; Bada Bing brings proven show success and type; and the Dax/Daxline influence adds the iconic bully silhouette when used responsibly. Lucky Luciano is widely followed for balance and reproducibility, and the Grimm → Golden Child branch is synonymous with ring results and eye-catching breed type. We incorporate these lines only where they enhance structure, health, and temperament—never at the expense of correctness.
